Chet was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond what a sales person usually does. I am elderly and do not own all the electronic equipment for these new cars. He worked with me for a couple days and then worked with our daughter-in-law in Charlotte NC to set up On Star for me. She called today and said he was the nicest car salesman she has ever dealt with. They have two leased cars they trade in every tow -three years.

The service manager Nate is doing a great job and I cannot remember her first name but her last name is "Edkin", she took care of us, as the service person & she did it excellent job!!
